Payment, NY Sales Tax, Shipping & Return Policy

Payment is through PayPal only. Please allow 2 business days for card payments to clear with PayPal. Please allow 5 business days for eCheck payments to clear with PayPal. Shipment will be made the next day.

New York State residents ONLY:  Sales tax of 8% will be added to your merchandise total when checking out. 

FREE SHIPPING FOR AN ORDER OF $50 OR MORE.

Merchandise orders of $50 or more (before tax) are entitled to FREE SHIPPING; 8% sales tax will be added to all merchandise orders for residents of NY state.   

Orders up to $49.99 will be charged $13 in shipping.

Shipping charges will appear in your cart at checkout after you have filled out your shipping information, and clicked the continue button. 

Please allow 2 business days for processing your order before it ships out.

All packages are shipped USPS priority mail. Shipping takes up to 3 business days. These times may vary and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Surachara/artist is not responsible for delays caused by the USPS.

All SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS.

If product is defective or broken during shipment, the customer must contact the seller within 14 business days after receiving the item/package. Customers will then be given a refund for the item, or a replacement will be shipped out to them. The customer must contact the seller and include a detailed, digital image of each item and its packaging, showing the damage or defect to the item and the packaging.  Once the item has been verified, the customer will be fully refunded for the item or, upon request, a replacement will be issued.

Please do not ship broken or defective items back to the company; the customer will cover the cost of shipping for any items returned.

Replacements will be shipped out in 2  business days once the claim has been received and verified. Refunds can take up to 5 business days to be completed.

Ceramic mugs have slight imperfections due to the manufacturing process. This is not considered a defect.
